harvested from completed matches, so a league that hasn't kicked off โ or
one we haven't harvested โ shows nothing rather than a fabricated board.

Harvested from ESPN match summaries โ the same payload that provides
lineups. ESPN publishes no minutes for soccer, so appearances and starts
